"Driving with David as my instructor was a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t want anyone else to teach me. I found him through an app that provides you with a connection with a driving instructor, and he was the first one I found and could not believe my luck. He instilled a lot of confidence in me and my abilities while always teaching me and pushing me to improve. With all of this with him being a very great and easy guy to work with is the best I could ask for. He also provides all the test routes in video form so that you can learn and be super prepared for your test. These videos helped so much as on the day of my test. "I decided to change instructor after having an unsatisfactory experience with my first instructor.
I had a very short deadline before my test date so I decided to seek the help of a top notch instructor and came across David.
In only 4 weeks he got me test ready and I passed because of his special approach to instructing.
From the very first lesson, he took time to understand the areas I need to work on ahead of the test date I had scheduled and was able to efficiently teach me everything I needed to learn to pass the test.

"I started doing lessons with David after I felt that my progress had stagnated with my previous instructor. Unlike him, David wants his students to do their test and pass on the first attempt. My previous instructor was hesitant to take me outside of 20mph zones but David took me on dual carriageways, country lanes and national speed limit roads. He will ensure that you are sufficiently prepared for your test by making you familiar with all the test routes and the general area. Students will also benefit from his wealth of knowledge on what the examiner is looking for and the easy to miss sections of routes that could make the difference between passing and failing. I passed first time under David, despite having a lot of bad habits. He helped me make the necessary corrections with his demanding yet rewarding approach to teaching."

"It was a pleasure to be taught how to drive by David. David is an excellent instructor whos guidance and patience provided me with skills to become a better and safer driver.
I found David to be very knowledgeable about the rules of the road and driving itself. This meant our driving lessons were always well structured and informative. David tailored his teaching style to suit my needs. He worked well to calm my nerves, build my confidence and unlearn bad habits. He is very attentive and always paid attention to each mistake I made to ensure these were corrected.
He showed me all the test routes in Borehamwood which helped a lot. I can proudly say I passed first time with 0 minors after being taught by David. Would greatly recommend to anyone who genuinely wants to learn how to be a good driver as well being safe on the road."

"David is an excellent instructor and a very skilled teacher. He always explains concepts in detail and shows you how to apply them when on the road. Additionally, he uses techniques for manoeuvres and general driving which can help you learn to drive to the best of your ability. David continuously takes his students on key test route roads. It is important to learn these roads as it helps you be prepared for the test. Furthermore, David teaches in a really nice car. It has all the best mod-cons like reversing cameras, air conditioning, heated seats, etc... to keep you calm and collected while driving. Though his car is on the larger side, it is better to learn in a bigger car as this increases your judgement skills and spatial awareness so you won't have an issue driving larger cars in the future. He recognises this as he has taught in smaller cars before and has seen students have problems transitioning to larger cars later on, however now this should not be a worry."

David's attention to detail throughout the entire course has been phenomenal. His multi-decade experience teaching combined with a wealth of knowledge and outstanding first time pass rate were immediately noticeable in the lessons' delivery. From the complete breakdown of difficult road sections around the testing area to the technical details on how to operate the car properly and good driving habits and manners on the road. All of this thorough preparation inspired confidence and ultimately made the final exam feel like a breeze!
I would certainly recommend David to anyone willing to put in time to learn how to drive a car the proper way and be a good and respectable driver on the road for years to come."

He showed me all the test routes in the Mill Hill test centre as well as giving me the test route videos which helped me to pass 1st time with Zero faults. I took the recommended 50 hours in order to have passed in a manual car. The car (Audi A3) was excellent & easy to drive."
